Jim Driscoll from sun pointed me towards an inconsistency with the specs, it is
not allowed to add fields to the jsf.js namespace even
private ones.
Also following minor issues will be fixed:
a) The opacity feature for ie will be made compliant to the html spec, this
should not break any behavior
but adds convenience
b) javax.faces.ViewBody must be handled from the setAttributes section as well
