Second set of fixes for these issues:
* Unneeded Javascript files were removed.
* ResponseWriter was doing nothing for startCDATA()/endCDATA().
* FaceletViewDeclarationLanguage was not calling saveView() for all cases.
* HtmlImageRendererBase was not rendering the new "name" attribute.
