First round of fixes committed.
-Removed javax.faces.view.facelets.Location and repaired references in API and
IMPL to use the new API class javax.faces.view.Location.
-Added a check in the viewID derivation methods in DefaultViewHandlerSupport to
make sure the resource referenced by the returned viewID exists (fixed a
problem in some 1.2 apps due to implicit nav)
