Currently only expanded webapps are possible, we have to check for the state of
the application and lock the WEB-INF/java or WEB-INF/groovy paths out of our
search and send a warning. The external dirs should be the ones
triggering only in this case.
Also for expanded EAR environments we have to introduce a custom search path
context config variable
so that we can add additional jar dirs for the recompilation on the fly!
That way we might be able to cope with the more complex EAR and App Server
environments.
