The integration of the javac cannot deal with implicit classpaths like the
container classloaders usually have.
To deal with this as a first fix we introduce another config param for
additional jar search paths
which then the compiler can handle and use for dynamic recompilation, this
should resolve some problems
the current recompilation integration has regarding more complex deployment
environments (EAR-Spring DM Server etc...)
