The java part depends heavily on an annotation in its sources to identify
already preloaded classes on class level. We can eliminate that annotation by
adding runtime class rewriting via bcel, for now I will work it in for the
jsr199 compiler facade, jci is a pending work in progress and will be handled
in a separate issue
