evaluate if we should move to asm instead of bcel

the reason is simply that bcel currently has a little bit stalled, there still
is no release which allows to work with annotations, asm already has that and a
better documentation, it might be worthwhile to check asm out as bcel
replacement. I am not happy with having an interface and an annotation for
marking java classes as reloadable, I would be happy to move to an annotation
only solution here.
