ok annotations cannot work this is system inherent, but at least for java I can
provide a workaround, I have to add qdox to the startup chain which then can
parse all the java files and then also can add the bean - class references to
the running application on the fly.
For added sources we probably need a second scanner which from time to time
scans the sourcepaths for new files and then adds the bean definitions on the
fly.
