Filupload formatting of browse button

Hi,
I am facing issue with using the <t:inputFileupload> tag. I want to format
the style of the Browse button which comes when we use this tag. But even if
specifying the style class does not impact the button style/background, it only
changes the text box appearance.
I think this facility should be provided by the tag, as Richfaces also provides
such facility anf this is very commonly required features in website.
Any idea how to achieve this?
