UIXTable needs to register it's DisclosedRowKeys set with the change manager so
that disclosed rows can be saved and restored if the user navigates away from
the page and revisits the page in the same session. This is the default
behavior of UIXTree/UIXTreeTable. Also this is already being done for
SelectedRowKeys in UIXTable.
