f:facet can have more than one child

MIchael Kurz tested Mojarra and found out that <f:facet> now can have more than
one child. If so, the children will automaticall be put in a UIPanel to serve
facet requirements.
However, this improvement is not mentioned in the spec, filed spec issue:
