I added a new patch with a small correction. I changed the place of the skin
CSS and put it into resouces/META-INF/adf/styles. Also, I put the images in
resources/META-INF/adf/images/casablanca. These are not included into the
patch. In order for it to work, you need to take the images from the zip file
and copy them into /resources/META-INF/adf/images/casablanca. You create there
two new folders, background and icons and put the images there.
