Fixed CTS testcase
jsf/api/javax_faces/context/facescontext/URLClient_facesCtxAddGetMessagesTest:
FacesContext.getMessage()/FacesContext.getMessageList() were not returning
added messages in EXACTLY the same order as they were added.
