This issue depends on the ResponseWriterDivider, because the position of the
HTML code of each rendered node is not straight forward like in the normal
tree. The alternative whould be to run a different way through the tree model
(and visit each node two times) but we want to keep it easy and most likewise
the rendering of the normal tree.
