Ok this one is a minor one but with bigger implications on the code. In
multiuser surroundings more than one user has to refresh his beans, for that we
must keep a tainting history somewhere which allows to follow the taints and
make a snapshot of all taints from a point in time, we also need that for
tracking the taints in a UI component.
That way we can detect whether a personal scoped refresh has to happen from a
given point in time and get a set of all tainted artifacts beginning from one
point in time, to detect which personal scoped beans have to be refreshed at
the current cycle...
