The latest version of the TCK is missing the pom.xml in the
portlet-bridge-testsuite-section3-2-render-policy-never-delegate submodule.
Leads to errors when any target is run, starting with:
org.apache.maven.reactor.MavenExecutionException: Could not find the model file
'/scratch/azwilson/bridge-work/tck-current/portlet-bridge-testsuite-section3-2-render-policy-never-delegate/pom.xml'.
