The weight of a scrollbar depends mostly on the system platform (Windows,
Linux, Mac, ...), but also on some configuration in the Operating system ("use
large fonts", etc.). So configuration is not sufficient.
Solution: Compute the value via JavaScript, and store it in the
ClientProperties object.
