Table and TreeTable selector links customization

"table" and "treeTable" components could use some customization, that
Casablanca skinning should provide.
Select All/None and Expand/Colapse All selectors need a look and feel
improvement. Also the expanded and
collapsed icons from the "tree" and "treeTable" navigation should be customized
in an Casablanca way.
