Navigation implementation for Trinidad's showcase menu bar

Trindad's showcase should provide an navigation implementation for the easy
access menu.
This navigation implementation should address the "Skin" and "Feature Demos"
sections.
"Feature Demos" link will direct the user to an accordion panel based menu,
that comprises all
the feature demos of the showcase (the same as for "Components showcase"). For
more details,
see the attached screenshot.
Also some code refactoring is needed for "Email" Sample application.
