When we have an <h:commandButton> with a nested <f:param>, the <f:param> is
rendered as a hidden input with the given name and value. This works fine
except in the case where two different <h:commandButton> widgets each have an
<f:param> with the same name. The result is two hidden inputs with the same
name but different values, and one of the values will win out.
