Refactor meta data interfaces in Trinidad Components Showcase, to allow a
component demo to support a well defined default
variant. The default variant is then explicitly shown in the UI and can be set
at creation time by the component demo developer.
Separate the component demo from it's variants, a component demo itself is not
the default variant anymore.
