Hidden labels aren't supported for Safari

Environment: Safari supports hidden labels, but the Trinidad methods
don't return that it does.

Trinidad method HiddenLabelUtils.supportsHiddenLabels doesn't return true,
indicating that these are supported. So anything that relies on hidden labels
being rendered doesn't work correctly on Safari.
