Ok we have the issue fixed the outerhtml indeed was buggy, the reason for the
issue was
that the outerhtml was triggered against code with multiple root elements,
normally this does not happen bug in case of a full body replacement it can
happen due to the replacement logic (which takes into consideration that chrome
and others do not allow the replacement of a body tag just its content and
attributes)
