Since all beans are picked up as @Dependent - even if they contain no
annotation at all - our ProjectStage 'dyn enum' gets picked up as managed bean.
Together with the producer method for the ProjectStage this makes 2 beans of
the same type. The solution is to annotate those definitions with @Typed().
