Now that the the spec for 2.1 is starting we have to fixup our foundation work
in the areas of pps, timeout, delay and queue control. We have had that code
since the beginning due to having it inherited from j4fry but it never got a
serious testing and fixup, I am currently fixing that code up, so that way get
a discussion and prototyping base for jsf 2.1 from it.
