Some days ago, Mark Struberg suggest some changes to use the new
apache.snapshots and apache-parent-7 features. Now that myfaces core
2.0.1 has been released, we can start with this process.

Some work has been done on MYFACES-2790 too.
We need an official vote to do this change. So please vote +1 if you
want this changes be included in myfaces master pom (note this
changes will affect all myfaces projects, so the following release
procedures could change).
