I tested my patch with jspx pages assuming Trinidad always use 
jsf.ajax.request() as default, but now further testing has shown that 
jsf.ajax.request() is used only with Facelets. Hence, my current patch 
unintentionally missed handling jsf.ajax.request() scenario. Will soon update 
my patch that handles jsf.ajax.request().
