To accomplish this, we need to migrate to
commons-lang 2.1 --> 2.4
doxia-site-renderer 1.0-alpha-7 --> 1.1.3
velocity 1.5 --> 1.6.4
and may be maven-dependency-plugin 2.0 --> 2.1
