Almost all class file JavaDocs now contain SVN keywords. These are redundant
and after a simple poll on the mailinglist, the conclusion is to remove them
from the files.

Still need to decide how to get rid of this stuff. I think a massive
find-replace works fine, but there is always a slight risk of big merge
conflicts.
