What needs to be done to update the page on the MyFaces site that
documents the web context parameters with some of the new parameters
that have been added in 2.0+? There are several new context params that
were added in 2.0.1 and a few more that will be available with 2.0.2.

I'd be glad to add doc for the context params that I've added. I just
need someone to point me in the right direction.
Alternatively, would it make more sense to migrate this information over
to the wiki to allow for easier updates by the community?
