Checking some stuff with javascript, it was notice there is no goal to indicate
that all resources there should be compressed and moved to other location. All
compressed files must be on the target directory and that is not very flexible.
This goal is required to allow compression of javascript files, like it is
required for TOMAHAWK-1542
