How to reproduce:
- Enter 'aaa' into the textfield of a tc:upload
- Submit the page.
--> The browser will display the gray transition pane with the progress
indicator forever. It hangs.
Probably the execption "File 'aaa' is not found" is not processed sufficiently
in the components Javascript code.
