We have had one line of code coming from the YUI library, while from an ASF
standpoint the code was clear, there was a wish from the IBM people involved in
the project to remove it otherwise they needed legal clearance.
This issue will cover the commit, which was one line in the iFrame handling for
the ajax fileupload which was introduced post 2.0.1.
