I am closing this for now, we have overworked the system, the idea of the 1.1
classloader and comparing filetypes does not work entirely out because there
are usecases where a timestamp comparison causes conflicts with non reloaded
artifacts which also reference it if you just change an artifact which imports
one of those classes.
The classloader however now is cleaner than before, so I think we can resolve
this for now.
