[TRINIDAD] Skin file has Netscape, IE4 and IE5 styles in it

Hi,
While working on the enhancement to port the skinning xss files to css I 
noticed that in the base-desktop.xss file there are rules for netscape 
and IE4 and IE5.
Can't I delete these? It will clean up the files and seems like a no 
brainer.
