instead of using @BeforePhase(INVOKE_APPLICATION) and
@BeforePhase(RENDER_RESPONSE) it should be possible to use @PreViewAction and
@PreRenderView within page-beans (specified via the view-config). these
annotations are easier to use and they are integrated a bit better.
