Andrew, Blake and I talked about it. We like Andrew's suggestion but
decided that we will wait until a requirement /use case comes in. For
now we will keep the implementation.

How is this a fix? There are more components than just UIXIterator
that stamp JSF components. I think a solution should be more flexible
than hard-coding support for the iterator component.
