build-metadata goal does not take into account exclude generated source
directory on myfaces-builder-plugin.
I suppose that is the problem that causes tomahawk fails to build on solaris
(hudson).
The idea is just add generatedSourceDirectory param to build-metadata goal, so
when source directories are calculated, this one is excluded.
It is necessary to simplify ModelBuilder interface too.
