UIXCollection suspend and resume do not clear the row index / key

The code I added for suspending the component change stack in the collection
was not complete. Even though the var & varStatus were being removed from the
request map, the row key was left intact. This causes exceptions if a visit
tree is performed from the view root back into the same collection.
