Another observation:
I do have a redirect "faces/start.xhml", when placing the browser to
http://localhost:9090;
For that I do have a pretty URL configuration.
With the ModuleConfigForClientSideWindowHandler bean in my project, it
redirects to "faces/start...."
Removing that bean, the redirect goes directly to the /start "rules" (see
pretty-config.xml)
