Add Client Behavior support on myfaces-builder-plugin

Right now there is no special goal to generate custom client behavior classes
automatically, just like converters and validators. I think given the
importance of this new feature introduced in JSF 2.0, it deserves to have
better support from myfaces-builder-plugin
This issue is related to TOMAHAWK-1558. The idea is commit on sandbox the base
class, and in this issue all changes related to myfaces-builder-plugin.
In the future, the objective is start adding custom client behaviors on
tomahawk sandbox, but that is still a work in progress.
