users should have the possibility to generate codi artifacts with a seam-forge
plugin. furthermore, it should be possible to refactor existing implementations.
example: it should be possible to create new xhtml pages including the
corresponding type-safe page-configs for codi and a page-bean. furthermore it
should be possible to move/rename existing pages easily.
the core should be independent of seam-forge - so we have the possibility to
create ide-plugins which use the same logic.
