Improve the poms remove external repositories

During the final build for the 1.0 site some pom problems were discovered,
which should be fixed.
a) External repositories need to be removed in the jar parts of the project
only the war parts are allowed to have them.
b) Upgrade the myfaces master pom to version 10 and also upgrade all
dependencies in the checkstyle and other plugins
to the versions required by the master pom
