The documentation just describes the algorithm for obtain the target link to be
used by h:button and h:link. Everything is ok, but there is a small bug on
myfaces implementation: if the outcome is null set it to the current viewRoot
viewId. I checked if this detail should be on 2.0.x version and it is (but it
is not very common, because do that makes the state get lost). So, I'm
commiting this change on both shared branches 4.0.x and 4.1.x.
