Sandbox for JSF 2.0 cannot use the same hack we had to tomahawk for JSF 2.0
related to reuse the code from 1.2 or earlier versions. I tried to use it, but
many things has changed and since dojo was removed as dependency it is
necessary to setup this module as a clean one.
