Implement Mocks for JSF 2.1

Some minor API changes were made from JSF 2.0 to JSF 2.1. For example,
ExternalContext now provides an isSecure()-Method.
We should create new Mocks for the API classes that changed, e.g.
MockExternalContext21 (see FlashImplTest of MyFaces core trunk for a first
draft of MockExternalContext21).
