The Tobago specific attributes should be renamed, so they are compatible to the
HTML 5 spec:
http://dev.w3.org/html5/spec/elements.html#embedding-custom-non-visible-data-with-the-data-attributes
The names should contain a hint to Tobago. E. g. switchtype of tc:tabGroup
should be renamed to data-tobago-switchtype or data-tobago-switch-type.
