org.apache.myfaces.extensions.cdi.jsf2.impl.listener.request.CodiFacesContextWrapper.getExceptionHandler()
tries to inject field always - in every method call.
ExceptionHandler instance has request scoped lifespan and it cannot change - I
think is suitable to inject fields only once.
