Isn't actually turning off AJAX based PPR ... and the IFRAME for the old
style PPR isn't getting rendered if the param is set to "off". This tag:

false;" onmousedown="return false;" onkeyup="return false;" onkeydown="return
false;" style="position:absolute;left:0;top:0;width:0;height:0;cursor:wait;"

is still being rendered (I assume it's the new replacement for the iframe.
I've downloaded a copy of the source code and looking around ( ... blindly).
