setting the faces.PROJECT_STAGE via JNDI doesn't work any longer in CODI-1.0.0
I use the following setting in my tomcat6 conf/context.xml:
<Environment name="jsf/ProjectStage" value="SystemTest"
type="java.lang.String" override="false"/>
This used to work in older CODI versions but not with 1.0.0
